Job Summary
The Storage Shed Supervisor oversees daily shed operations and leads a team of storage shed attendants to deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences. This role ensures service standards are met, staff are properly trained and scheduled, and cabana areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support storage shed attendants during daily operations
- Assign storage shed, manage staff rotations, and monitor service flow
- Ensure consistent, high-quality guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Act as the primary point of contact for storage shed guests
- Oversee setup, cleanliness, and breakdown throughout the day
- Monitor inventory of amenities, supplies, and storage shed equipment
- Enforce club policies, safety standards, and service protocols
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching
- Complete opening, closing, and shift reports
- Step in to provide direct service during peak times as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hospitality, management or guest services experience
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Professional, guest-focused demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-volume environments
- Must be able to work outdoors in heat and sun
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
