Poolside/Maintenance Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

Staff are expected to be available to work Memorial Day through the end of the season, including holidays & weekends. Applicants should indicate at the time of application if they have a conflict with the schedule.
While on duty, staff members should always be checking to make sure all areas around the pool are clean and orderly.

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Maintain cleanliness and order around the pool.
   1. Putting up and closing umbrellas at the start and end of each day.
   2. Reorganizing lounge chairs and deck chairs as needed.
   3. Sweeping locker aisles, beach stairs, skydeck and pool deck as needed.
   4. Monitoring garbage during the day and removing all garbage at the end of the day at all poolside areas
   5. Maintaining garbage area 
   6. Sweeping out lockers when needed. 
   7. Checking bathrooms and notifying management of any issues
   8. Policing pool deck area, skydeck and lawn during the day for litter. 
   9. Opening and closing security booths. 
   10. Helping entertainment setup and breakdown.
   11. Conducting periodic beach sweeps to pick up litter between boardwalk and beach wall.
   12. Other tasks as directed by Mgt.  

Work Day:

The workday is from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a 30 min break.
